Great Western Highway – NSW Government Promises Duplication From Katoomba To Lithgow, Bypasses For Blackheath And Mount Victoria

A $95 million investment into the central west will see Bells Line of Road upgrades and bypasses at Blackheath and Mt Victoria.

Bypassing Blackheath and Mount Victoria, duplicating the Great Western Highway and delivering immediate upgrades to the Bells Line of road corridor, just the start of a $95 million investment into the central west.
